What happened at the end? Bill was 21st, and then all of the sudden he is 28th, and then he is off.
Of course, no mention about it from the TV announcers. |

I want to know too! I was just keeping up on ABC with the race. I was pretty happy when I saw Bill in the top 25 or so. & like was said above, no coverage
as usual. Edit- I saw on Bill's twitter page that it said they broke 4th gear

That's too bad, it looked like they were finally catching a break with a couple of wave-arounds. I think they would have gotten a top 20 at least too,
because the last wave around to put them on the lead lap the 26 got it too and that put them from 2 to 1 lap down, so Bill was a lap ahead of them on the same
strategy being forced to pit early and they ended up 20th. At least it seemed like the Wood Brothers team was making steady progress all race going forwards.
Remembering how good they were at Homestead last year, I'm looking forward to what they might be able to do there in a couple of weeks.

They did change the tranny - that is why he started 43rd........so something was a-miss beyond the tranny (unless they have a batch of bad ones).

Well I hope they check the others out before they put another in. I was excited tosee that they finally found the setup only to have the tranny go. Hopefully
it will be as good or better at homestead.
