21 car has ran 4 laps, setting 29th on the practice chart. Bill reporting that balance is good, just a little free. Car has a vibration.

About 25 Minutes into practice, Bill is complaining of a tight condition in the center of the corner. Car still has a slight vibration, coming in to change a
gear. P31.

Twice in two races they are fooling with vibration problems instead of car handling. What next?? Are they ever going to make some breaks for themselves? lol
