yep Bobby Labonte would get it first, but the 71 Qualifying has been good most of the time this year

I don't think qualifying will be a problem. If Bill has a car that is so bad that 4 of #09, 13, 36, 37, 66, 70, 87 beat him in qualifying, it's
probably for the better that we wouldn't have to see them struggle through the race.
